Year 10 data

The Year 10 data is in the RM Staff Shared Area:

The Hard Way to find it:
Start > My Computer > RMStaff > WHSintranet > PupilData > Monitoring Groups > YR10 2005.6 Monitoring groups (5.10.05).xls

The Easy Way using WHSintranet:
1) Type T:\WHSintranet\index.htm into Internet Explorer
2) Click on ‘Pupil Data’ on the left
3) Click on ‘Year 10 Monitoring / Predicted Grades 2005/6’. Choose ‘Open’
4) Then do ’File > Save As …’ to save a copy to your laptop if required.

Ask Mr. M. Jones to show you how to make a WHSintranet short cut for you on your laptop screen(details in my next post here). Then you can access all the data and documents you want.
